If you’re curious about dog boarding we’re sure you have a lot of questions, and rightfully so! We know that making sure your dog gets the attention and care they deserve is your top priority, and it’s ours too. Here are the most frequently asked questions about dog boarding that we get.

Dog Boarding Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What vaccinations are required for my dog to board?
A:
Updated Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper vaccinations are required for your dog to board.

Q: Do you service dogs with special needs?
A: Yes! We can accommodate dogs with special needs, just give us exact care instructions and we will make sure your four-legged friend gets the care they need.

Q: Where do the dogs sleep?
A: Dog City offers spacious open-air boarding suites, with their name, food, and care instructions listed on their door. Bedding is provided, or you may provide your dog’s personal bedding.

Q: Do dogs stay in their suite the whole time?
A: No, while your dog is boarding with Dog City they will attend daycare and socialize with our other members.

Q: Do you provide food for dogs who are boarding?
A: No, you are required to provide your dog’s food for their stay with us. Some dogs have allergies or require a specific diet, so it’s best not to switch their food.

Q: Are there specific check-in/check-out times?
A: Check-in is from 8:30am-4pm, Monday through Friday. Check-out is up to 7:30pm. If you won’t be able to pick up your dog until after this time we can accommodate with advance notice. However, additional charges will incur if it exceeds 24-hours.
